Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Blivo platform: the public site, the application, and the API. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Our business model is subscriptions, not ads.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, and a one-way password hash; never a plaintext password), the company data you choose to enter, and records of actions taken in the platform. These records exist because the platform is accountable by design, not to track behavior.
What we do not collect
No trackers, no advertising cookies, no external analytics of any kind. The application sets no tracking cookies at all.
Where data lives
On our own servers, in databases isolated between companies. Action records are permanent by design, which also protects them from tampering.
Deleting data
A company owner can delete business data within the restore window published in the files interface. Action records remain as an accounting trail, but contain no file contents or attachments.
